Vitomira Lončar
Coach and CEO
Vitomira Lončar is an actress, producer, founder and CEO of Mala scena theatre in Zagreb, Croatia - oldest private theatre in Croatia going strong for 38 years. Vita has performed in over 60 theatre performances, TV shows and movies. She has produced over 80 theatre productions, several international projects and festivals. She earned her PHD in Cultural politics, was a 2 times TEDX speaker, has certificates from 2 different, 2 year-long Strategic Planning courses (CRO and USA), is an E-learning coach and is certified to teach the Adizes methodology. Currently she is a professor at Euroasia University in Xi'an, China, after teaching at several artistic academies and universities in Croatia (including the Academy of Dramatic Arts in Zagreb). Vita is also a winner of several Croatian and international awards for acting and producing, including the Order of the Croatian Morning Star with the face of Marko Marulić for exceptional contributions to Croatian culture.
Buga Marija Šimić
COO and social media manager
Buga Marija Šimić is an actress, opera singer and artistic director of Mala scena theatre in Zagreb, Croatia. She started acting at an early age and by now performed in over 10 different professional theatre performances, 3 movies, did a dozen of voice overs and a TV show for young audiences.She is an author of Croatia's first interdisciplinary show for children combining opera singing and contemporary dance called "The Butterfly's Songs" and has produced 5 theatre shows so far. She is a winner of Croatian Actor Award for best female performance in theatre for children in 2021. Buga is the co-founder of VestaLLLs and here to share how Vita's teachings work in practice.
